They are seeking a Client Relationship Officer to support the delivery of personalized family office and fiduciary services, working closely with a Senior Relationship Officer to manage client accounts and provide high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Support trust administration, including preparing documentation related to discretionary distributions and fiduciary decision-making

Coordinate the opening, closing, and conversion of client accounts

Manage daily account administration, including tracking deadlines, processing deposits and disbursements, and handling a variety of client service requests

Collect, organize, and maintain financial, entity, tax, and estate planning documents

Act as a liaison with external attorneys, CPAs, and other advisors / vendors on behalf of the client team

Develop specialized knowledge in trust and investment systems, including GWES and Black Diamond

Learn and apply legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in a fiduciary environment

Required

Bachelor's degree or prior experience in a trust company or exposure to banking, financial planning, tax, or estate planning

Experience in a customer service or client-facing role

Strong attention to detail and comfort processing transactions accurately

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Collaborative mindset and comfort working with internal teams

High level of integrity, accountability, and discretion

Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenges calmly
