Lecturer - General Engineering

Teach fundamental mathematical and physical concepts to first year engineering students
Demonstrate a dedication to inclusive excellence in higher education
Commit to teaching and mentoring beginning engineering students
Work in close collaboration with other faculty members in the department to ensure consistent and coordinated instruction, grading, and assessment of learning outcomes
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a recognized engineering discipline
Undergraduate engineering degree from an ABET accredited engineering program
Experience using Python or a similar programming language
Dedication to inclusive excellence in higher education
Commitment to teaching and mentoring beginning engineering students
Communication skills and energy to motivate students in large classes in a dynamic, interactive environment
Ability to work in close collaboration with other faculty members in the department
Preferred
PhD in an engineering discipline
Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD
