Responsibilities
Advise attorneys and staff on legal ethics matters
Monitor compliance with applicable Rules of Professional Conduct
Review advertising, marketing, and client communications for ethical compliance
Provide ethics guidance on contracts, agreements, and engagements
Report ethics risks and recommendations to firm leadership
Originate and service external clients on professional responsibility matters
Qualification
Required
5–10 years advising on legal ethics and professional responsibility matters
Demonstrated experience handling ethics issues related to advertising, marketing, and client communications
Excellent judgment, discretion, and strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Preferred
Prior experience within a law firm, in-house legal department, or bar/regulatory setting
