K-12 Science Education Partnership Manager
The Einstein Project is a Wisconsin-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing high-quality, equitable science education. The K–12 Science Education Partnership Manager builds and sustains partnerships with schools and districts while supporting the adoption and effective use of science curriculum and professional learning.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with K–12 schools, districts, and educators
Serve as a primary point of contact for partners using Einstein Project curriculum and professional learning
Support adoption, implementation, continuation, and expansion of partnerships
Design and deliver curriculum-based professional learning for science resources leased and sold by the Einstein Project
Facilitate additional science-specific professional development aligned to standards-based, student-centered instruction
Provide follow-up support to strengthen classroom implementation across grade bands, including instructional coaching
Develop print, digital, and physical resources to support educators using Einstein Project curriculum materials
Collaborate with staff to continuously improve curriculum supports and professional learning tools
Maintain and update curriculum and professional learning websites
Support organization and accessibility of digital resources for educators
Contribute to organizational sustainability through partnership development and retention
Share insights from schools to inform program improvement and strategic planning
Collaborate closely with Einstein Project staff and external contracted facilitators
Qualification
Required
K–12 classroom teaching experience in science
Strong understanding of K–12 science content, standards, and pedagogy
Experience facilitating or supporting professional learning for educators
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel regularly; occasional evening or weekend work
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with curriculum adoption or instructional coaching
Familiarity with phenomena-driven, student-centered science instruction
Experience developing instructional resources or maintaining digital platforms
