Responsibilities

Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related exhibits
Draft and maintain financial statements, footnotes, MD&A support schedules, and disclosure documentation
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal reporting controls
Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
Support technical accounting research and documentation for new standards, complex transactions, and non-routine items
Assist with earnings release support, tie-outs, and disclosure controls
Partner with internal stakeholders across accounting, FP&A, tax, and legal to gather and validate reporting inputs
Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, timelines, and controls
Mentor junior team members or offshore/shared service resources as applicable

Qualification

SEC reportingU.S. GAAPCPABig 4 public accountingMentoring

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3–7 years of relevant experience
Background in Big 4 public accounting with SEC / public-company clients or current experience in SEC reporting at a publicly traded company
CPA (active or in progress) strongly preferred

Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
