Infor HCM / Infor HRT Consultant
Responsibilities
Configure, test, and deploy Infor CloudSuite Payroll solutions
Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Support integrations with middleware, APIs, and file-based interfaces
Lead payroll process improvements, troubleshooting, and defect resolution
Configure and maintain Global HR (Core HR) organizational structures and business processes
Manage employee data integrity, position control, and security roles
Partner with client HR teams to streamline HR operations and ensure best practices
Provide guidance on compliance and workforce policy alignment
Configure and administer compensation cycles, pay programs, and salary structures
Support merit, bonus, and incentive plans, including annual reviews
Deliver testing, validation, and deployment support for compensation events
Advise clients on governance, equity, and budget alignment for pay programs
Configure and administer the Infor Learning Management System (LMS)
Build and manage learning plans, curricula, and course structures
Support performance development, compliance training, and career pathing initiatives
Partner with HR and talent teams to align learning strategy with workforce development goals
Configure and administer Infor Performance Management modules (goals, appraisals, succession)
Support clients in designing goal-setting frameworks, review cycles, and competency models
Enable integration of performance data with compensation and learning programs
Provide guidance on building a performance culture that drives engagement, accountability, and retention
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in at least one Infor HCM functional area (Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Learning, or Performance)
Strong configuration, testing, and deployment experience in Infor CloudSuite HCM
Familiarity with integrations, security, and reporting tools within Infor OS/ION
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional client teams, manage deliverables, and work independently
Prior consulting or implementation experience is highly desirable
