American Parking & Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for businesses reaching out through digital campaigns. The role involves managing the full inbound sales funnel, qualifying leads, delivering tailored solutions, and closing deals efficiently.

Responsibilities

Promptly responding to inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the full sales cycle—from discovery to close
Conducting virtual walkthroughs, delivering tailored demos, and preparing custom proposals
Managing opportunities using CRM tools to maintain pipeline momentum and ensure timely follow-up
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition and a seamless, high-quality client experience
Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals by effectively managing and closing deals within a structured sales process
Maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Overseeing sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on contracts, proposals, and presentations
Identifying and securing new business opportunities through inside sales calls and strategic relationships with management groups and other industry organizations
Supporting both new and existing accounts through customized sales and marketing strategies, ensuring sustained revenue growth and market expansion
Building and maintaining strong relationships with national and local clients through proactive, scheduled outreach
Cultivating new business opportunities that drive long-term growth and partnerships
Managing on-site performance, resolving challenges, and maintaining high-touch client relationships through frequent travel
Regularly updating leadership and managing operational tasks on the go

Qualification

Required

3+ years of inbound B2B sales experience in service or solution sales
Proven success managing inbound leads
Strong virtual and in-person presentation and communication skills
Experience selling to executives and property stakeholders
Self-motivated and organized professional
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel up to 25%
Proficiency with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
Passing and maintaining a clean background check

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of sales experience in hospitality, healthcare, or parking
Experience in parking, real estate, logistics, property management, field sales, territory management, or pharma-style sales
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or ZoomInfo
Experience selling to municipalities or multi-site operators
