Systems Administrator
TecAscend is a growing MSP seeking a mid-level Systems Administrator who enjoys variety and problem-solving. The role involves supporting multiple client environments, troubleshooting various devices, and managing workstation lifecycles while providing both onsite and remote client support.

Responsibilities
Supporting multiple client environments across hardware, software, and networking
Troubleshooting workstation, server, mobile devices from start to resolution
Managing workstation lifecycles: imaging, upgrades, replacements, and troubleshooting
Handling patching, software deployment, and endpoint issues
Supporting virtual environments
Managing and deploying Windows and Linux Servers (Rocky, Redhat, Ubuntu)
Working daily with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
Creating basic automation scripts for deploying cloud resources (Python, JSON)
Providing onsite and remote client support with clear communication
Documenting work and collaborating with internal teams on tickets and projects
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of MSP or multi-client IT experience
Comfortable switching between clients, tools, and priorities
Can troubleshoot independently and know when to escalate
Understand the importance of documentation and customer communication
Have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Preferred
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
Hold certifications such as Security+, CCNA, or Azure
