Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to commercial lending and regulatory reporting
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization and reporting tools
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Write and optimize SQL queries; utilize SOQL for Salesforce data extraction and analysis as needed
Support Agile/Scrum teams by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and systems
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Experience in Commercial Lending and/or Regulatory Reporting
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Proficiency with SQL query tools; SOQL experience is a plus
Knowledge of data visualization tools and reporting platforms
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
