Senior LevelProtouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide clinical services and support the development of a high-integrity EIDBI program. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations per EIDBI guidelines
Develop and maintain DHS-compliant Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs)
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide caregiver training and parent coaching
Deliver and document services using DHS-approved EIDBI codes
Maintain 80% billable productivity and accurate documentation
Provide clinical supervision and collaborate with team members
Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and HIPAA standards
Qualification
Required
Active Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
Demonstrated experience providing services under Minnesota DHS / EIDBI
Strong working knowledge of: EIDBI service codes and billing requirements
Strong working knowledge of: Billable vs. non-billable time expectations
Strong working knowledge of: DHS documentation and audit standards
Strong working knowledge of: Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) development and implementation
Ability to independently manage clinical responsibilities
Ability to meet and maintain 80% billable productivity expectations
Strong written, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
BCBA certification strongly preferred
Experience with EIDBI authorizations and reauthorizations
Experience working with Minnesota Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) or ABA data systems
Experience contributing to program development, quality improvement, or operational processes
