Responsibilities
Drive business development strategy and revenue growth across Accounting, Finance, and Compliance services
Build and maintain executive-level client relationships and identify new opportunities
Recommend the right engagement model for clients:
Management Consulting – strategic advisory & transformation
Managed Services – ongoing support under SLAs
Project-Based Consulting – defined deliverables & outcomes
Interim Management – placement of finance, accounting, or audit professionals
Lead proposal development, including methodology, project plans, deliverables, and tools
Oversee engagement delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability
Mentor consulting and interim professionals; contribute to practice growth and frameworks
Qualification
Required
8–12 years of progressive experience in consulting, professional services, or advisory roles and / or prior experience as a Senior Manager or C-level leader in Accounting, Finance, or Internal Audit
Proven track record in business development, proposal management, and revenue growth
Expertise in accounting operations, internal audit, financial reporting, and SOX compliance
Experience delivering across multiple engagement models (consulting, managed services, interim management)
