Responsibilities
Support the director with planning and coordination related to health needs assessments and implementation strategies
Monitor and guide the local process of conducting a needs assessment and developing implementation strategy by providing training, facilitating local meetings and representing the organization on state/regional collaborative partnerships
Create written community benefit program standards/procedures, provide ongoing training for leaders and associates and oversee data entry into CBISA program and reporting
Prepare progress reports, stories, and/or templates for communicating community benefit activities, outcomes, and impact for various internal and external audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Community Health or Public Health required
3 years of experience required
1 years of leadership or management experience required
Preferred
Master's Degree in Community Health, Public Health or other related discipline preferred
5 years of experience preferred
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a health related field preferred
3+ years experience in Community Health in a non-profit sector strong preferred
1+ years of administration experience strongly preferred
