Responsibilities
Lead and grow a DOT/Roadway practice in the Richardson area
Lead a Civil Design team focused on Roadway projects while building and managing relationships with key relationships
Collaborate with like-minded partners to provide vision, business planning and strategy while growing and leading a team that is passionate for growth
Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff and act as a positive leader and mentor
Enjoy a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
Registered PE in the State of TX
15+ years of experience in all facets of roadway/municipal design including experience leading projects specifically within DFW
Experience leading a team as Project Manager on a diversity of Roadway and/or TxDOT projects
Experience with business development and marketing including writing proposals, developing scopes of work, and budgets for projected work
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
Demonstrated ability to manage municipal/roadway projects profitably
