Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions across Entra ID / IAM, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Multi‑Tenant Organization environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing collaboration platforms

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into effective cloud architectures and operational solutions

Lead and execute migrations from Google Workspace, Slack, on‑premises systems, and other cloud environments into Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption

Configure, administer, and optimize Entra ID, including identity governance, user lifecycle management, conditional access, MFA, SSO, and related IAM components

Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance policies—including DLP, retention, device management, conditional access, and zero-trust controls

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Microsoft 365 services, acting as the escalation point for collaboration, identity, endpoint management, and security-related challenges

Leverage PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate to build automations, streamline workflows, and improve administrative efficiency

Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, diagrams, security baselines, and operational standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—security, infrastructure, HR, business operations, project management—to deliver cohesive, end‑to‑end solutions

Stay current with Microsoft 365 innovations, roadmap changes, and best practices; proactively recommend improvements to enhance user experience, security posture, and system reliability

Support project delivery efforts, contributing to solution design, planning, implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer for clients and internal teams

Required

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, including Entra / IAM, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Multi-Tenant Organization

Hands-on experience migrating from Google Workspace, Slack, or other collaboration/cloud platforms

Strong PowerShell scripting skills, Graph API experience, and familiarity with Power Automate

Solid troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoint management, messaging, collaboration, and security workloads

Experience with identity management and Entra ID administration

Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance practices within Microsoft 365

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required)

Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Workplace Administrator Associate (plus if held)

Experience with Azure services (a plus)
