Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to senior leaders and staff, exercising discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information

Create and edit presentations, documents, memos, and reports, utilizing excellent writing and communication skills to produce high-quality materials

Coordinate travel arrangements, reconcile expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, and organize VIP visits and special events with precision and attention to detail

Develop and maintain effective correspondence management systems, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required

3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
