Ripple Fiber is looking for an OSP Engineer to join our Engineering team in Statesville, NC. The ideal candidate will manage the design, development, and implementation of fiber networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of FTTH and FTTB networks
Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the performance and reliability of our networks
Collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
Providing technical expertise and guidance in resolving complex network issues
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Continually evaluating and improving our processes and systems to increase operational efficiency

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an OSP Engineer in the telecommunications industry
Proven experience in FTTH and FTTB network design and construction
CAD Experience (AutoCAD Civil 3d)
Extensive knowledge of telecommunication construction and network engineering
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management
Exceptional team leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
