Responsibilities
Lead teams to achieve excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency
Set clear expectations, develop associates, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on continuous improvement
Implement key manufacturing objectives, optimize staffing and Work in Progress (WIP) levels, and ensure effective machine utilization
Coach and coordinate team members to meet production, quality, and cost targets while upholding safety and operational standards
Facilitate communication across shifts, support equipment maintenance activities, and integrate new processes
Take a hands-on approach to training and developing hourly manufacturing associates, support performance evaluations, and reinforce a culture of recognition, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of supervisory experience required
Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop teams
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience supporting training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in AGS and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to complete a Leadership Assessment, which will be used as part of a behavior-based interview process
Preferred
BA/BS degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing leadership experience will be considered
