Responsibilities

Plan, design, and implement enterprise network and unified communications solutions to support business needs
Collaborate with project teams to refine requirements and deliver networking/UC solutions on time
Provide tier-3 technical support for network and UC issues, ensuring high-quality customer service
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for proposed and implemented solutions

Required

5+ years designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale LAN/WAN environments
Advanced knowledge of routing (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF), VPNs, Cisco hardware, and network analysis tools (Wireshark)
Skilled in Cisco Sourcefire, Palo Alto NGFW, Zscaler, Cisco ISE, SD-WAN, and Meraki wireless
Experience with SolarWinds, F5 LTM, TCP/IP protocols, and creating network architecture diagrams
Strong communication, vendor management, adaptability, and ability to work off-hours as needed
