HR Project Manager
LABUR is partnering with a client to lead a critical HR transformation initiative focused on integrating an acquired business into an enterprise-wide payroll system. The HR Project Manager will oversee a complex workstream that impacts core HR functions and employee experience worldwide.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to align processes and systems across multiple geographies
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and change control
Oversee system integration between SuccessFactors (enterprise system) and Workday (acquired business system), ensuring data integrity and process consistency
Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment activities for payroll and HCMS integration
Provide regular status updates and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment
Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline HR processes globally
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing HR technology projects, with a focus on global payroll implementation
Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS); experience with SuccessFactors and Workday preferred
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
Preferred
Experience with SuccessFactors and Workday
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is beneficial
Understanding of compliance environments and regulatory requirements considered a plus
