Compensation Manager

Responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of broad-based compensation programs including base salary structures, annual merit processes, and short-term incentive plans
Ensure programs are aligned with business strategy, market competitiveness, and internal equity
Lead the execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and salary adjustments
Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure alignment with budget and workforce planning
Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using survey data to maintain competitive pay practices
Maintain and update salary ranges and pay structures based on market trends and internal analytics
Provide compensation guidance to HR and business leaders on job offers, promotions, and organizational changes
Support workforce planning and organizational design efforts with compensation insights
Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and reports to monitor trends, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making
Analyze pay equity and recommend adjustments as needed
Ensure compensation practices comply with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency)
Support internal audits and external reporting requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
5–7 years of experience in compensation or total rewards, with a focus on broad-based compensation
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation tools (e.g., MarketPay, Workday)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
