Responsibilities
Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions
Gathering and analyzing business requirements
Recommending roadmaps and implementation plans
Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality
Develop model documentation
Participate in data integration and migration solutions
Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment
Managing a project and project team members
Mentoring team members in their career development
Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 years of experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect
Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
Advanced Microsoft Excel / Financial Modeling Skills
Subject matter expertise in Anaplan and modeling in Supply Chain, Finance or Sales
Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members
Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to mentor and develop staff
Ability to travel within the United States
