Qualification
Required
2nd or 3rd-year Investment Banking Associate or 1st-year Vice President with a strong track record in M&A
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
Exceptional communication, leadership, and client management skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Prior exposure to consumer, food & beverage, or related industries preferred but not required
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
