Responsibilities

Provide support and guidance to ensure customers have an exceptional experience

Involved in claims adjudication and/or provider credentialing

Support customers by phone, email and chat

Qualification

Credentialing experienceMedical terminology knowledgeMedical office experienceTyping 40 WPM

Required

Provider Data and/or credentialing experience

Knowledge of medical terminology

Some experience in a medical office

Accurate typing of 40 WPM
