Responsibilities

Define, design and implement processes to improve contacting process for customers, sellers, and support teams
Collaborate w/ business & technology partners and vendors to drive projects to online implementation. Track expense and development budgets and present options for optimization
Develop & maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards in partnership with Data Analytics team. Identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
Manage roadmaps internal to Contracting COE and in partnership w/ Technology Partners. Communicate initiatives and outcomes to the COE and partners

Required

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Business
7+ years of related experience
