Manage ongoing client relationships: Act as the go-to contact for clients using industry-leading connectivity and mobility tools to power their teams

Support account growth: Identify where businesses could benefit from additional services—like enhanced data solutions, mobile device management, or productivity tools—tailored to their operations

Coordinate with sales teams: Work closely with senior sales staff to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to long-term success, maintaining alignment on client goals and service plans

Monitor client satisfaction: Track feedback, resolve issues quickly, and make sure every client feels the full value of their partnership with a top-tier wireless provider
