Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution
File documents within electronic court systems
Maintain organized and accurate case files; understand litigation terminology and processes
Draft notices, subpoenas, and responses to discovery
Review and track all incoming notices and motions; follow up on related tasks
Manage trial calendars and assist attorneys in meeting deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of commercial paralegal experience in a reputable law firm
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (preferred but not required)
