They are seeking a Summer Intern to assist with re-establishing cryogenic measurement capabilities, working alongside research engineers to re-qualify probe stations and establish electrical measurement procedures.

Responsibilities
Help re-establish cryogenic measurement capabilities
Work with research engineers to re-qualify cryogenic probe stations and other test equipment for measuring samples below liquid nitrogen temperatures
Help establish electrical measurement procedures using this equipment on a variety of samples including YBCO-based devices
Qualification
Required
The intern should be a graduate student or advanced undergraduate student in physics, electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field
The student should have hands-on experience in cryogenic measurement equipment
Preferred
It would be especially helpful if the intern has experience in building cryogenic apparatus and/or electrical probe stations
