Responsibilities

3+ years as an experience Scrum Master

Manage new development, O&M, and end-of-life projects

Oversee all team deliverables on the project

Conduct agile team ceremonies including daily standups, backlog management, iteration planning, retrospectives, and demos/reviews

Perform story analysis and manage evolution of User Stories and backlog items

Provide clarification and direction to development and support teams

Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Leads in release planning and quarterly planning

Coordinate with dependent teams across the enterprise as necessary

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field

3+ years as an experienced Scrum Master

Experience with initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing, and delivering IT projects

Experience with Agile processes and ceremonies, including backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily standups, release demos, and retrospectives

Experience reviewing story analysis to determine acceptance criteria, definition of ready, and definition of done

Experience managing evolution of User Stories and backlog items

Knowledge of Agile frameworks including SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum

Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Partners, developers, and architects to build and define Product Backlogs and complete release planning

Ability to answer ad-hoc questions and provide clarification/direction to development and support teams

Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues across workgroups

Will be required to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance

Preferred

Experience facilitating troubleshooting sessions with a development team

Experience working with agile teams to decentralize decision-making and act as an escalation point when consensus cannot be reached

Experience in requirements gathering, development of wireframes, and acceptance criteria

Experience with JIRA and Confluence

Knowledge of federal government development lifecycles

Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication, analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management
