Assist wholesale customers with Mopar parts inquiries and orders
Accurately identify and quote Mopar parts using electronic catalogs and systems
Process orders, invoices, returns, and credits
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers
Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Support daily wholesale operations in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently in a stand-alone warehouse setting
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Preferred
Mopar parts experience prefered
Prior wholesale automotive parts experience strongly preferred
