Responsibilities

Provide technical and engineering support for design and development activities for new and existing products

Lead and support packaging-related project activities across cross-functional stakeholders

Support current products with a focus on quality, manufacturing, supply continuity, and cost improvement

Execute technical and cross-functional project work in alignment with project timelines and objectives

Contribute to innovation by developing new concepts and enhancements for product and packaging performance

Understand customer needs through literature reviews, customer interviews, competitive analysis, prototype evaluations, and clinical or simulated use studies

Translate customer and user needs into clear engineering, packaging, and process requirements and specifications

Design robust, manufacturable products through application of engineering fundamentals

Develop and execute test methods, including equipment selection, test setup, measurement system analysis, and data analysis

Author detailed technical reports for design verification testing, analysis, and design changes
