Responsibilities
During your first 60 days you’ll receive best in class training centered around the industry, systems, tools, process, procedure, compliance, and selling the deal
When you hit the phones, you will be following up on your warm leads via telephone, text messaging, and e-mail communication; you’ll average 5+ hours of talk time and dozens of individual outreach connections per day
Interviewing and verifying customer provided information
Assisting customers by facilitating their auto loan refinance with our lending partners
Selling auto refinance options, along with GAP and Warranty insurance
Meeting pre-determined goals established by management
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in both Spanish & English
2 + years of experience in a sales-based and/or or metrics-driven work environment required
Ability to be on the phone for 5+ hours daily required
Ability to follow process and execute on call script & checklist
High attention to detail
Be coachable, ability to learn and adapt
High energy and a customer focused mindset
Basic computer skills required with the ability to handle a dual monitor set up while managing multiple systems/windows
Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Preferred
Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail preferred
Proven success meeting or exceeding metrics while working remotely preferred
