Human Resources Coordinator
Crucial Hire is a manufacturing-focused organization with a long track record of growth and stability. The HR Coordinator supports the HR team by coordinating and administering core HR processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication
Post roles across job boards and recruiting platforms
Support career fairs, hiring events, and campus outreach
Administer pre-employment assessments, screenings, and background checks
Track candidate documentation and maintain recruiting records
Enter and maintain employee data across HRIS and timekeeping systems
Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding logistics
Track benefit enrollment completion and documentation
Maintain employee files, directories, and organizational charts
Manage the HR shared calendar
Track group training sessions and maintain records
Coordinate employee lunches, food planning, safety recognition, and milestone events
Support town halls, anniversaries, retirements, and company-sponsored events
Create posters, emails, and internal messages for company-wide communication
Design internal materials using tools like Canva or similar platforms
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, HRIS, or a high-detail administrative role
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfort managing multiple priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Experience supporting internal communications and coordination
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) for creating internal communication materials
Must be willing to work in a team environment, take instruction from various co-workers and various departments while adhering to company policy and procedures
Must be willing to work primarily in the office, with work from home options only on rare occasions
Preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, construction, logistics, trucking, procurement, or other operational environments
Experience using basic graphic design tools (Canva or similar)
