Responsibilities

Administer and maintain SAN Storage systems (Pure, IBM, Dell, NetApp) for optimal performance
Manage SAN connectivity to mainframe environments and resolve integration issues
Administer VMware virtual environments and Windows servers
Perform Active Directory administration (user management, group policies, security)
Execute system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting with minimal downtime
Maintain detailed documentation for system processes and improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in on-call rotations for patching and troubleshooting

Required

10+ years experience in SAN Storage administration (Pure, IBM, Dell, NetApp)
10+ years experience in SAN connectivity to mainframe environments
10+ years experience in VMware and Windows server administration
10+ years experience in Active Directory management
10+ years experience in system management processes, scripting languages, and utility programs
10+ years experience in enterprise patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Strong documentation skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Preferred

Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), SAN vendor-specific certifications
Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation scripting languages
