Lead and own all core financial functions including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Serve as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership and the Board
Oversee internal and outsourced accounting resources in a hands-on, player-coach capacity
Strengthen financial controls, reporting discipline, and operational efficiency
Support firm growth through thoughtful analysis, forecasting, and financial insight
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Director-level finance leadership experience
Strong GAAP foundation
Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution
Preferred
financial services or advisory background preferred
CPA or MBA a plus
