Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience in a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a closely related role
Fully proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUM, and IF statements
Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles and processes
Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to review and evaluate financial and non-financial datasets
Ability to identify and troubleshoot errors and discrepancies using historical data and reports
Strong data management skills and ability to balance these tasks with accounting needs
Preferred
Public accounting experience
Familiarity with Statutory Accounting Standards and NAIC reporting
Prior experience with audit, insurance, or healthcare data
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
