Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Plan, organize, and supervise janitorial functions across all shifts. Establish clear work-flow processes and performance standards
Client Relations: Act as the lead communicator for all programs and services. Conduct site audits and evaluations to ensure we are exceeding client expectations
Financial Management: Control expenses for all plant operations. Review job costs and make necessary adjustments to remain within budget
Team Development: Lead the recruitment, orientation, and training of supervisory and support personnel. Coach and motivate your team to foster a positive work environment
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all environmental and safety procedures meet Local, State, Federal, and Company requirements. Maintain accurate personnel records for administrative compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required
2–5 years of management experience, preferably in facilities, janitorial, or industrial operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills
