Backend Engineer

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Assist in the administration and management of HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with various departments to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management processes
Support the implementation of new software features and updates, providing training and documentation as needed
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve operational workflows
Provide exceptional customer support to internal teams and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management tools
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
