Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction- proactively follow up with customer after delivery and service work order completion to ensure a positive customer experience
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact. Keeping the outside sales team up to date on any customer developments that may need their involvement
Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and work order execution
Reporting: Prepare, and occasionally participate to deliver regular reports on account performance, sales activity, and customer feedback in advance of customer Quarterly Business Reviews
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and operations/dispatch, to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
Process and maintain sales orders and service work orders
Set up new customer ship to accounts, assist with customer verification, and maintain files and databases
Operate as administrative support to Sales Team and assist with various inquiries
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
Hiring is contingent upon eligibility to work in the U.S
Preferred
college degree preferred
2 + years experience in a Customer Service and Data Entry Role, or equivalent experience is preferred
Familiarity with the transportation industries is preferred
