Responsibilities

Lead the configuration, customization, and technical integration of our new Product Information Management (PIM) platform
Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME)
Ensure that the PIM system is implemented, optimized, and maintained to support the needs of merchandising, eCommerce, and marketing teams

Required

7-10+ years of professional technical experience with 5+ years' experience implementing or managing enterprise PIM platforms (e.g., Salsify, Inriver, Akeneo, Riversand)
A minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically with Akeneo PIM Platform required
Hands-on expertise in configuring PIM features, workflows, and integrations
Strong understanding of data models, attributes, taxonomies, and governance
Proficiency in APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV)
Experience with ETL processes and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Data Fusion, Cloud)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with an eye for process optimization

Preferred

Retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods experience
Knowledge of related enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, DAM, eCommerce, CMS platforms)
Familiarity with agile or DevOps environments for managing system changes and releases
