Lead and support the execution of project finance transactions, with a focus on credit analysis and deal structuring
Manage internal and external coordination across lenders, investors, and legal counsel to ensure smooth deal execution
Provide analytical and strategic input on financing structures, risk assessment, and documentation
Work directly with senior bankers in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment that values initiative and collaboration
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in project finance, structured lending, or credit-focused banking
Strong understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, and debt structuring
Entrepreneurial and proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of transactions
Bachelor's degree required
Must be based in New York or willing to relocate
Preferred
