In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring world-class service delivery and high employee engagement while managing janitorial operations across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise janitorial functions across all shifts. Establish clear work-flow processes and performance standards
Act as the lead communicator for all programs and services. Conduct site audits and evaluations to ensure we are exceeding client expectations
Control expenses for all plant operations. Review job costs and make necessary adjustments to remain within budget
Lead the recruitment, orientation, and training of supervisory and support personnel. Coach and motivate your team to foster a positive work environment
Ensure all environmental and safety procedures meet Local, State, Federal, and Company requirements. Maintain accurate personnel records for administrative compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required
2–5 years of management experience, preferably in facilities, janitorial, or industrial operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills, a 'customer-passionate' mindset, and the ability to initiate corrective action professionally
