Responsibilities
Lead and support strategic and transformation programs that drive Finance modernization, including the conversational analytics program in the Finance organization. Partner with project sponsors, Finance leadership, data teams, and functional SMEs to define program scope, deliverables, required resources, timelines, and operating mechanisms. Drive alignment on business outcomes tied to automation, efficiency, adoption, and analytics enablement
You will apply program/project management methods to plan, execute, and monitor workstreams, ensuring clarity of scope, predictable delivery, and adoption of technical capabilities across Finance. As a natural leader and team builder, you will coordinate complex workstreams, delegate effectively, challenge assumptions, and push for process excellence and innovation
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong partnership with Finance, IT, Data/Analytics teams and other cross?functional stakeholders to drive operational readiness, continuous improvement, and executive?level decision?making. You will also champion organizational change through communication, training, UAT coordination, and stakeholder alignment

Required
Strong operational leadership
Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes
Experience in leading and supporting strategic and transformation programs
Ability to partner with project sponsors, Finance leadership, data teams, and functional SMEs
Experience in defining program scope, deliverables, required resources, timelines, and operating mechanisms
Ability to drive alignment on business outcomes tied to automation, efficiency, adoption, and analytics enablement
Experience applying program/project management methods to plan, execute, and monitor workstreams
Ability to ensure clarity of scope, predictable delivery, and adoption of technical capabilities across Finance
