Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll play a key role in delivering award-winning, strategically driven creative work
You’ll partner closely with leadership to grow and strengthen the creative offering, ensuring every project reflects high standards of excellence and executional detail
You’ll lead the day-to-day creative direction on projects, going beyond the brief to uncover meaningful solutions to client challenges
You’ll run creative reviews, guide teams through the design process, and keep projects on track
With the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once, you’ll consistently deliver high-quality work on time and on brief
This is a client-facing role, and you’ll be comfortable presenting ideas, building relationships, and leading creative conversations with confidence
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Design Director or a Senior Designer ready to step into a leadership role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
5+ years of experience leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary design teams, including interns, designers, and senior designers
Strong grasp of branding for global organizations
Deep understanding of design processes
Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, innovation, and emerging AI tools
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
Experience in a client-facing role, comfortable presenting ideas and building relationships
