Prepare loan closing journal entries, including proceeds, fees, and escrows
Manage loan draws, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Support loan compliance reporting and lender requirements
Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Support job cost accounting and cost capitalization
Partner with senior accounting leadership on reporting and ad hoc analyses
Qualification
Required
Experience in real estate, development, or construction accounting preferred
Hands-on exposure to loan closings and draws
Job cost accounting experience
Month-end close experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in an onsite environment
