Responsibilities
Prepare fragrance compounds by precisely weighing accurate formulae ingredients using automated system
Ensuring all ingredients are quality and within expiration date
Perform other lab and project tasks as directed by the Lab Supervisors
Maintain an organized collection of Raw Materials
Be able to help with overflow work when volumes increase
Maintain a clean and well-organized laboratory workspace
Identify inefficiencies and propose viable solutions following Lean Management principles and guidelines
Assure compliance of SHE procedures and proactively contribute to the improvement of lab safety
Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, lab coat, closed toed shoes), follow safety protocols and avoid contamination risk
Independent and efficient use of all internal tools for data collection/recording and administration
Maintain awareness of technology and issues affecting own job
Contribute to team success – Actively participates as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals
Qualification
Required
Small scale Perfumery and Beauty Compounding supporting both local and global formulae

1-5 years in a laboratory/compounding environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a perfumery or FMCG company strongly preferred
