Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Inside Sales
Reliable Signage & Lighting is a veteran-led commercial sign and lighting service company based in Columbia, South Carolina. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will act as the main point of contact for service customers and assist in turning identified problems into approved work while coordinating with field technicians and management.

Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for service customers, PMs, and national partners
Answer inbound calls/emails and gather the right details (location, access, photos, symptoms, deadlines)
Schedule service visits, inspections, surveys, and small installs
Follow up after inspections and service calls to convert findings into approved work
Explain what we found in plain language, what the next step is, and what we need from them to proceed
Send quotes, track approvals, and keep the schedule full without chaos
Track open loops so nothing falls through the cracks (quotes, approvals, scheduling, invoicing, closeouts)
Coordinate internally with the field team so scope, photos, access notes, and contacts are locked in before wheels roll
Help re-engage existing accounts with smart, low-pressure outreach (other locations, nearby properties, outstanding issues)
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Experience in construction, trades, facilities, dispatching, or service coordination is a plus, but not required
