They are currently seeking an experienced Night Shift Shipping Manager to lead and manage evening shipping operations, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage labor to ensure all shipping functions are performed safely, efficiently, and accurately

Oversee product staging and loading operations to support accurate and timely truck departures

Ensure order accuracy, productivity standards, and quality requirements are consistently met

Enforce warehouse cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards

Ensure full compliance with all safety policies and regulatory requirements

Generate, verify, and maintain all shipping and temperature-tracking documentation

Ensure all trailers meet Bulkhead QA standards and are sealed and secured properly

Enforce Floor Loading Manual compliance at all times

Verify that all trailers are pre-cooled, clean, and ready prior to loading

Coach, train, and mentor night shift team members to drive performance and engagement

Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback

Ensure timely dispatch of all outbound shipments, including distribution of keys, invoices, and shipping documents
