Responsibilities
Should lead workshops and collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design "to-be" processes within SAP S/4HANA
System Configuration: Configure and customize the SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, with a primary focus on: Fixed Assets (FI-AA): Chart of depreciation, asset classes, depreciation keys (for multiple accounting principles/ledgers), asset acquisitions, retirements, transfers, and year-end closing activities
Project Systems (PS): Project profiles, planning, budgeting, networking, operational structures (WBS elements), cost settlement, and integration with FA module
Integration: Ensure seamless integration points between FI-AA, PS, and other core SAP modules, including MM, SD & PP
Development objects & Testing: Develop detailed functional specs for WRICEF objects, coordinate with ABAP team for code changes, implementation and testing, including creation of test scripts, and coordinate UAT
Data Migration: Assist with data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading of master and transactional data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA
Support and Training: Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents and change requests, and prepare end-user training materials
Fiori Applications: Utilize and configure SAP Fiori apps relevant to Fixed Assets and Project Systems processes
Qualification
Required
Skilled and experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant
Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, specifically in managing and configuring the Fixed Assets (FI-AA) and Project Systems (PS) modules
Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects
Proven, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, specifically in configuring and managing Fixed Assets (FI-AA) and Project Systems (PS)
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and business processes related to asset lifecycle and project cost controlling
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and interact with senior stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with S/4HANA new functionalities like Business Partners, parallel ledgers, and Central Finance is highly advantageous
SAP FICO certification in S/4HANA is preferred
