Deep engagement and understanding of top market making customers
Analysis and synthesis of technology options
Produce long term roadmaps covering critical areas such as packaging, process, and IP
Identify key areas where Renesas can develop disruptive capabilities
Build organizational consensus around direction. Ensure team understand the 'why' to motivate enthusiastic execution
Qualification
Required
Deep technical strength in high performance power conversion
Demonstrated capability in both theoretical and real-world domains
Broad comprehension of topics including magnetics design, passive component selection, power device driver challenges, and real-world implementation challenges
Broad technical capability/exposure combined with excellent technical and executive communication skills
Minimum of 15-20 years of relevant semiconductor & market specific experience
Minimum BSEE
Advanced degree is a plus
