Responsibilities

Provide leadership and strategic oversight for network services operations
Guide and support a distributed network services team
Establish and promote best practices across network support, service delivery, and operational governance
Drive ongoing improvements in efficiency, scalability, and service quality
Partner with internal stakeholders to align network services with overall business objectives
Engage with clients to understand expectations and ensure strong service outcomes
Stay current with evolving technologies and industry trends relevant to managed network services
Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentorship, and performance management

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Significant experience in network services or infrastructure operations

Familiarity with enterprise level network management, monitoring, and security platforms
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution
Background working with enterprise or mid market clients
